Hominy Chili

INGREDIENTS

1 lb ground turkey
3 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup tomato sauce
1 (29oz) can Teasdale Hominy
2 cups Teasdale Pinto Beans
2 cups Teasdale Black Beans
1/2 cup black olives sliced
1/2 cup green olives
1/2 cup capers
2 tablespoon chicken bullion
Salt & Pepper

PREPARATION

Brown the ground turkey until completely cooked. Drain any excess fat and set aside.

Add oil to large saucepan and brown the onions. Add the cooked ground turkey and tomato sauce. Stir.

Add the drained Teasdale Hominy, Pinto Beans and Black Beans then add the black olives, green olives and capers. Sprinkle the chicken bullion throughout and stir.

Let simmer 20 minutes on low heat.

Salt & pepper to taste.

Can serve over pasta or on it’s own.
